Painkiller PRO is everything we offer in one complete solution.
Painkiller Multi and Painkiller Lite have multiple options.

Here are the modes for Painkiller Multi (default) with Jitter.

Mode 1: Programmable RT only

Mode 2: Programmable dual trigger on single trigger rapid fire

Mode 3: Programmable RT/LT

Mode 4: Programmable 3 Burst

Mode 5: Programmable 5 Burst

Mode 6: Super Fast mode (COD 5 and 6 12 sps)

Mode 7: Fast Call of duty 5, World at War (9 sps Rapid fire) also Call of Duty 4

Mode 8: COD 5, World at War Burst Mode. (Will burst on any Shooter game)

Mode 9: Dual Trigger Rapid Fire on SINGLE TRIGGER. Pull the right trigger with guns in both hands and both shoot - no need to use two hands to fire. Makes dual guns more accurate and easier to use. Perfect Akimbo Mode.

Mode 10: Dual Trigger rapid fire for games that have 2 weapons (right and left) Like Halo 3 (Duel Welding)

Mode 11: A Compatible Gears of War Mode

Mode 12: Medium Rapid fire and RECOIL mode.  Recoil Mode will allow AUTOMATIC WEAPONS to be more accurate and reduce physics recoil on most guns

Mode 13: Fast Rapid Fire - For other games (FPS) like Left for Dead, Orange Box and more. Best Mode for FAL in Modern Warfare Two

Mode 14: Rapid Fire Specifically Coded for Black Ops

Mode 15: Dual Trigger Rapid Fire for Black Ops

Mode 16: Shot burst for Black Ops

Mode 17: Dual Trigger on Single Trigger Rapid Fire for any game that supports Dual Wielding.  Perfect for Akimbos !
 
Mode 18: Reduction Rapid Fire - COD Black Ops and all other COD Titles.

Mode 19: Jitter 20SPS - This mode will jitter semi autos and 3 shot burst weapons

Mode 20: Jitter 25 SPS - This mode will jitter semi autos and 3 shot burst weapons

Mode 21: Quick Scope - using sniper rifle - press the left trigger and it will do a quick scope and fire - no need to pull the RT to shoot.

Mode 22: Run and Gun - This is not a rapid fire mode this is for fully automatic weapons, when you shoot it auto aims.  This will not auto align your target you still need to be accurate, but the LT aim will automatically be enabled when you pull the RT

Painkiller Multi has 4 different configurations.
Default is listed above. This would be OPTION 1
For each of the other 3 configurations Modes 1 through 18 are the same.

Here are the other combinations.


Mode 19: Jump shot with Rapid Fire - Pull the Rt and you perform a jump and shoot.  This will rapid fire your weapons as well.

Mode 20: Quick scope

Mode 21: Run and Gun


Mode 19: Drop shot - Pull the Rt and you perform a drop (prone) and shoot.  You must be in default controller layout.

Mode 20 Drop shot with Rapid Fire - Pull the Rt and you perform a drop (prone) and shoot.  This will rapid fire your weapons as well. You must be in default controller layout.

Mode 19: Steady Aim - Pressing LT when using a snipers rifle will automatically hold your breath for you so it is easier to use this weapon.

Painkiller Lite is slightly different than Painkiller PRO and Multi.  Painkiller lite does not include the 13 hard coded rapid fire modes (modes 6-18) as you read above.  It does however include 2 additional banks of RT only and RT/LT independent rapid fire.  Painkiller Lite comes in Two configurations.  Jitter and Snipers breath are the two modes that get swapped depending on the configuration you choose.
